These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CrownHeightsRadio.com and your purchase of products or services made available through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Crown Heights Radio,” “CHR,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Crown Heights Radio.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Crown Heights Radio
Crown Heights Radio operates at the intersection of music, DJ culture, dance, events, fashion, and movement wear.
The website may provide music and editorial content, information about DJs and artists, events, apparel, accessories, CHR Classics merchandise, upcoming collections, waitlists, and other Crown Heights Radio products and experiences.
The website may change as CHR develops new collections, releases, services, and content.
2. Eligibility and Website Use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to interfere with the operation or security of the website; attempt to access systems or information without authorization; introduce malicious software or harmful code; scrape or copy website content through unauthorized automated means; use the website for fraudulent activity; impersonate another person; or use Crown Heights Radio intellectual property without permission.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Products and Collections
Crown Heights Radio may offer different types of products with different manufacturing, fulfillment, return, and availability conditions.
CHR Movement Wear / Drop collections consist of newer Crown Heights Radio apparel developed specifically for those collections.
CHR Classics / Archive Gear may include earlier apparel, accessories, merchandise, and products that are produced or fulfilled using different production methods, including made-to-order fulfillment.
Product-specific descriptions and policies take precedence when they clearly state terms applicable to a particular item.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately.
However, actual colors may vary depending on lighting, photography, display settings, and device calibration.
Measurements and sizing information are intended as guidance. Fit may vary between garments because of differences in fabric, pattern, construction, and intended silhouette.
Material composition, recycled-content percentages, certifications, performance characteristics, and other technical product claims apply only where specifically stated and verified for the relevant product.
CHR reserves the right to correct errors or update product information.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added during checkout where required.
A price displayed on the website does not guarantee product availability.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we may cancel the affected transaction and issue an appropriate refund.
6. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
CHR may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, payment problems, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, fulfillment limitations, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, amounts collected for the canceled items will be refunded as appropriate.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates may vary by product, collection, destination, and fulfillment method.
Any shipping date or delivery window is an estimate unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.
If a delay occurs, CHR will handle the order in accordance with applicable law and the shipping terms communicated for that purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you identify an address error, contact us as quickly as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
9. Returns for CHR Movement Wear
Eligible full-price CHR Movement Wear items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in our Store Policies.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from signs of wear, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for reimbursement under applicable law or CHR policy.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return resulted from a verified CHR fulfillment error or qualifying product defect.
Our current Store Policies form part of these Terms.
10. CHR Classics / Archive Gear
Certain CHR Classics or Archive Gear products may be made or fulfilled specifically after an order is placed.
Where clearly disclosed before purchase, those made-to-order items may be Final Sale, except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products or where applicable law provides otherwise.
Always review the product page and Store Policies before purchasing.
11. Exchanges
Where exchanges are offered, they are subject to inventory availability.
Limited-drop products may sell out before an exchange can be completed.
CHR may process an eligible return and new purchase instead of a direct exchange where this is operationally more practical.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Crown Heights Radio promptly at sohodutch@crownheightsradio.com.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Verified issues may be resolved by replacement, refund, repair, store credit, or another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
13. Final Sale
Products clearly identified as Final Sale before purchase generally cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by law or where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A Final Sale designation on an individual product page takes precedence over the general return policy for that item.
14. Preorders, Waitlists, and Coming-Soon Products
Joining a CHR waitlist, Drop List, or email notification list is not a purchase or reservation and does not guarantee that a product will be available.
If CHR offers products for preorder, the applicable product page will identify the item as a preorder and communicate available information concerning estimated fulfillment timing and preorder conditions.
Preorder terms disclosed on the relevant product page become part of these Terms for that purchase.
15. Limited Drops and Availability
Certain CHR products may be released in limited quantities.
Placing an item in a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve inventory.
A product may sell out before checkout is completed.
CHR does not guarantee that sold-out products will be restocked.
16. Promotions
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their stated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined and generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
CHR may modify or end promotions according to the conditions communicated with the offer.
17. Intellectual Property
The Crown Heights Radio name, CHR name, logos, crown and boombox marks, graphics, artwork, photographs, apparel designs, website design, written content, music owned by CHR, branding, product names, and other original materials are owned by Crown Heights Radio or used with permission.
Nothing on the website grants you ownership of or a license to use CHR intellectual property except for ordinary personal access to the website.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected CHR content without prior written authorization.
Third-party music, artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
18. Music and Third-Party Media
The website may embed or link to music, video, social media, ticketing, streaming, or other third-party services.
Examples may include Spotify, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, YouTube, or other platforms.

Do not send confidential business concepts, unreleased creative materials, or proprietary information unless CHR has expressly agreed in writing to receive them confidentially.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep CrownHeightsRadio.com functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.
