CHR Classics includes legacy Crown Heights Radio merchandise, accessories, and apparel. Some Classics products may be produced or fulfilled on demand.

Because production methods vary, return eligibility may differ by product.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, CHR Classics items produced specifically after an order is placed should be treated as final sale except in cases of damage, manufacturing defect, or fulfillment error.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Crown Heights Radio within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Exchanges

For eligible CHR Movement Wear items, exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

Because new CHR collections may initially be produced in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that another size or style will remain available when an exchange is requested.

If the desired replacement is unavailable, an eligible return may instead be processed according to the applicable return policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

• A photograph of the shipping label or packaging if relevant

Verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at Crown Heights Radio's discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Crown Heights Radio as soon as possible.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipment.

Made-to-order items may not be cancelable once production has begun.

Preorders & Coming-Soon Collections

A waitlist or email signup for an upcoming CHR collection does not constitute an order and does not guarantee product availability.

If Crown Heights Radio later offers products for preorder, the product page will clearly identify the item as a preorder and provide an estimated shipping window.

Preorder payment, cancellation, and return conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Limited Drops & Product Availability

Some Crown Heights Radio collections may be produced in limited quantities.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not necessarily reserve the item until checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

Products may sell out and may or may not be restocked.

Availability shown on the website is subject to change.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged except where required by applicable law or when the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale status will be disclosed on the applicable product page before purchase.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot generally be applied retroactively after an order has been completed

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

Discounts, promotional periods, exclusions, and expiration dates may vary by offer.

Products purchased using a promotional discount remain subject to the applicable product return policy unless specifically marked Final Sale.

Sizing & Fit

Sizing information is provided to help customers select the most appropriate size.

Fit may vary between CHR Classics and newer CHR Movement Wear products because the collections may use different garment blocks, fabrics, manufacturers, and construction methods.

Always review the size information provided on the individual product page before purchasing.

For CHR Movement Wear, product-specific size charts and fit guidance should take priority over sizing from older CHR Classics merchandise.

Product Appearance

We make every reasonable effort to represent product colors, materials, details, and proportions accurately.

However, colors may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and device calibration.

Minor variations may also occur between production runs where appropriate.

Sustainability & Material Claims

Crown Heights Radio aims to provide accurate information about materials, recycled content, and manufacturing practices.

Specific fiber composition, recycled-content percentages, certifications, and sourcing claims will be listed on individual products when verified and applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Crown Heights Radio may not be able to assume responsibility for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate your package, first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are separate from Crown Heights Radio product and shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time for the credit to appear.

Customers will receive confirmation when the refund has been processed by Crown Heights Radio.
